The E1 series comprises high-performance, optimised self-aligning roller bearings. Building upon the traditional design, they feature a comprehensive upgrade to the internal geometry, incorporating a double-row symmetrical barrel-shaped roller design. The traditional fixed inner ring centre rib has been eliminated, and the bearings are fitted with a two-piece stamped hardened steel cage, utilising a floating guide ring to ensure precise roller guidance. Compared with the CC type, the E1 features a more rational internal kinematic design, resulting in smoother roller operation and greater fatigue resistance; compared with the CA type, it strikes a balance between load-carrying capacity and cost-effectiveness. It is widely used in high-end heavy-duty equipment—such as vibrating screens, crushers, large gearboxes, metallurgical equipment, cement vertical mills, heavy-duty fans and paper-making machinery—that are subjected to heavy impact loads and severe load fluctuations over extended periods.
