CC-type self-aligning roller bearings feature a double-row, barrel-shaped roller design with a stamped steel cage. They are compact and lightweight, offering excellent self-aligning properties and high radial load-carrying capacity. Capable of withstanding axial loads in both directions, they are resistant to impact and vibration, making them suitable for a wide range of heavy-duty operating conditions. The bearings have an open, unsealed design and rely on external sealing for protection. They can be lubricated with grease or circulating oil, offer good heat dissipation, and are suitable for continuous, long-term operation. Compared with the CA type, the CC type offers significant cost advantages due to its steel plate cage, resulting in better overall value for money. They are widely used in mining conveying equipment, cement machinery, fans, paper-making machinery, construction machinery and heavy-duty transmission equipment.
